Ryan just loves spiders - real ones, fake ones, ones on TV, ones in books.
Halloween's coming, so the stores are full of stuff that's scary or otherwise. Its actually easier to find spider stuff this month, when usually its not.
I saw this rubber spider at a small toy store in Parkway Parade (it's meant to be hung as a Halloween decoration coz it had a loop attached to it).
It only cost 80 cents! Can you believe it!
Do you know ... how hard is it to buy a toy for a child that cost a measly 80 cents in expensive Singapore?
Haha ... I'm glad Ryan can sometimes be easy to please ... : )
We also bought a book about the colour purple (at NTUC). That cost us a dollar.
Total cost of the 2 toys : S$ 1.80!!!
Super-duper cheap!!! I like !!!
Maybe Spidey is trying to scare the purple teddy ... ?
I think I'm gonna start a series on the things, toys, etc. that we buy for our boy, calling it "Ryan's Buy Of The Week". It may not necessarily be a toy ... it could be a book, a sippy cup, socks or some of Ryan's stuff that we do buy, occasionally.
It'll be fun (for me) to see the many junk things I buy for my boy. I hope you'll like it ... I know Ryan does!
